Eligibility
Licensed MDs treating medically justified, non-cosmetic cases. Must be current customers

Accident & trauma survivors
Post-surgical scarring
Severe acne scarring
Reconstructive surgeries requiring injectables
Medical/genetic facial deformities
Not supported:
Cosmetic/anti-aging only cases
How it works

Feasibility (alignment with Medica Depot products)
Resource availability
Approved doctors recieve:
Confirmation
Product list approval (up to $5,000)
Free product shipment
Optional for doctors without a current patient – they can apply for future opportunities.

Cases involving accidents and trauma, post-surgical scarring, severe acne scarring, reconstructive procedures requiring injectables, and facial deformities due to genetics or medical conditions.
Up to $5,000 worth of approved injectable products from Medica Depot’s catalog.
Applications are reviewed based on medical need and alignment with available Medica Depot products.
Yes. Doctors may apply for future opportunities and will be contacted when cases can be supported.
No. Each approved case is tied to one patient. Multiple patients require separate applications.
Yes. Each application will be handled separately.
Approved applicants will receive a confirmation email.
All products that are available at the Medica Depot online shop.
Yes. Applications are accepted until July 15th, 2025. Early submissions are encouraged.
Yes. To ensure the products are used for pro bono restorative care, you are required to provide post-treatment images.
Based on the applied patient case, you will also need to define and confirm the exact date of providing:
– Before & after photos (with eyes blurred for patient privacy)
– A brief description of the treatment outcome
– Confirmation that the approved products were used as planned
Failure to submit post-treatment materials will disqualify you from future giveaways or promotions. Any loyalty points earned from the $5,000 product value will be revoked, including points from this or future orders.
If the approved case cannot be completed for any reason (e.g., patient cancellation or change in eligibility), you must notify us immediately. If products have already been shipped, your card may be charged for their full value, as agreed in the program terms.
