How It Works
Refer a fellow doctor, a medical spa director, or a colleague, and you’ll earn a $450 credit on your account. In addition, the person you refer will also receive a $400 credit on their new account.
Complete the form or call us with your colleague’s contact information. We’ll then reach out to provide any necessary information. Alternatively, your colleague can mention your name when setting up their new account.
The referral rewards are granted once the referred individual, irrespective of their licensing status, reaches $2,000 in purchases.

Medica Depot’s Referral Program rewards our clients for referring other medical professionals. When your referral signs up and makes qualifying purchases, both you and your colleague receive account credit.
You’ll receive $450 in account credit for each successful referral once your referred colleague meets the program’s requirements.
The person you refer will receive $400 in account credit, applied to their new Medica Depot account.
A referral is considered successful once the referred individual reaches $2,000 in total purchases on Medica Depot, regardless of the products they purchase.
You can refer licensed medical professionals who hold one of the credentials recognized by Medica Depot. We accept the following licenses:
- Medical Doctor (MD)
- Osteopathic Doctor (DO)
- Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD)
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM)
- Physician Assistant (PA)
- Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP)
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Advanced Practice Nurse (APN)
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
Only professionals with these credentials are eligible to register, purchase, or participate in the referral program.
There are two easy ways to refer: complete the referral form with your colleague’s contact details, or have your referral mention your name when registering a new Medica Depot account.
No — referrals do not need to use a special link or referral code. Your colleague can simply mention your name when registering or completing their first order, or you can submit their details through the referral form.
Yes — there’s no limit. You can refer as many colleagues as you wish and earn additional credits for each successful referral.
Credits are applied once the referred person’s purchases reach $2,000. You’ll receive an update from your account manager once your credit has been added to your account.
You can apply your referral credit easily at checkout by entering the amount you’d like to use.
If you place your order through an Account Manager, just mention the credit amount you want applied, and they’ll handle it for you.
