About NABOTA®

NABOTA® is a purified botulinum toxin type A preparation containing prabotulinumtoxinA as the active ingredient. It is indicated for the temporary improvement of moderate to severe glabellar lines associated with corrugator and/or procerus muscle activity in adults. The formulation is characterized by a high degree of purity achieved through advanced purification technology, ensuring consistent potency and safety.

  • Active Ingredient: PrabotulinumtoxinA (botulinum toxin type A)

  • Formulation: Lyophilized powder for solution

  • Mechanism of Action: Inhibition of acetylcholine release at the neuromuscular junction, leading to temporary chemodenervation of targeted muscles

Key Benefits of NABOTA®

NABOTA® offers measurable clinical and procedural advantages for aesthetic and therapeutic applications.

  • High Purity: Reduced complexing protein content may lower immunogenic potential.

  • Predictable Onset: Noticeable results typically within 2–3 days.

  • Sustained Duration: Efficacy maintained for up to 4–6 months in most patients.

  • Treatment Precision: Optimized particle size and consistent potency support precise dosing.

  • Regulatory Approval: Complies with stringent manufacturing and safety standards in multiple jurisdictions, including FDA approval as Jeuveau®.
