Frequently Asked Questions

ZO Serum is a vitamin C source that fights wrinkles, age spots, and other signs of aging and sun damage. Contains vitamin C and coenzyme Q-10, which exfoliate the skin, prevent pigment formation, and offer antioxidant protection to the skin.

You can order online from MedicaDepot.com, or you can call our friendly customer service associates to make your purchase. When you order from Medica Depot, you’ll help your patients brighten their hyperpigmented skin and reduce the look of wrinkles for smoother texture.

Each package contains:

1-50ml tube with pump;
And 1 packaging insert.

This solution contains ascorbic acid (vitamin C), coenzyme-Q10, and squalane. This potent and stabilized solution helps skin affected by dark spots and wrinkles. Regular use of this product will brighten and smooth the skin.

The main ingredient is ascorbic acid. This vitamin is important for skin health, playing a role in collagen synthesis and acting as an antioxidant. Studies suggest that this solution has both antioxidant and exfoliating properties, allowing it to reduce UV damage, skin wrinkling, and hyperpigmentation. Tocopheryl acetate and coenzyme-Q10 also provide antioxidant protection, reducing damage from free radicals, while tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate prevents new pigment from forming within the skin. It also contains squalane, which mimics the body’s natural moisture levels to hydrate the skin.

Contains cyclopentasiloxane, dimethicone crosspolymer, ascorbic acid, dimethicone, cyclomethicone, phenoxyethanol, Citrus aurantium amara peel oil, squalane, tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate, tocopheryl acetate, ubiquinone, limonene, and citral.

To use ZO products, first cleanse the skin and administer 2–3 pumps of solution to the fingertips. Gently massage into the skin, covering the entire face and neck but avoiding the eyes. After applying, your patients may apply other skincare options. However, this solution must be the first product applied to the skin to allow for proper absorption.

These products can be used as frequently as two times a day. However, your patients should use it less frequently at first, and then gradually increase their use of this substance depending on their tolerance.

These products are indicated for areas of skin that display signs of hyperpigmentation or photoaging. Intended for external use only, so your patients should avoid contact with their eyes. If the solution does enter the eyes, your patients should rinse them thoroughly with cool water.

If used as recommended, this product brightens skin tone and minimizes the appearance of fine lines and rough skin. These effects are cumulative and progressive, and will last as long as the patient continues use.

Doctors such as plastic surgeons and dermatologists may recommend this to their patients with aging and sun-damaged skin, wrinkles, age spots, and other forms of hyperpigmentation. Additionally, it exfoliates and prevents pigment formation while protecting skin from environmental damage. Your patients should not use this if they are allergic or sensitive to any of its components. Use caution when recommending this solution to pregnant or breastfeeding individuals.

Brightens and treats areas of hyperpigmentation while preventing the development of further discoloration. It also minimizes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, conveniently packaging hydrating, plumping, and smoothing actions into a single skincare treatment.

Possible side effects can include slight redness, stinging, tingling sensations, skin irritation, rash, and sun sensitivity. Redness, stinging, and tingling are normal reactions to supplementation, and should subside as your patients continue to use this substance. If your patients experience persistent skin rashes or irritation during use, they should discontinue use and contact a doctor. Because it can make skin more sensitive to the sun, your patients should use sunscreen products and limit their sun exposure during use.
