Complete the form or call us with your colleague’s contact information. We'll then reach out to provide any necessary information. Alternatively, your colleague can mention your name when setting up their new account. Once they've spent a minimum of $3000, you'll receive an account credit, which you can use for any product at Medica Depot. As a bonus, the colleague you referred will receive a $449 credit on their account!
