Competitors and Pricing

It has come to our attention that there are several companies out there now attempting to offer lower pricing than us. We woudl like to bring your attention to several things that are very misleading and you should pay attention to prior to considering their offers.

Licenses and Prescriptions

Competitor:Many of the companies currently advertising low prices do not ask for your doctor or nurse licensing information, and in many cases do not even ask for a prescription. We believe that this is very unprofessional and one can come to question the legitimacy of a company that does not require you to prove you are licensed to handle goods like Botox. Many of these same companies also sell their products to the general public, whereas we at Medicadepot cater only to medical professionals like you.

Medicadepot.com:At Medicadepot.com we require you to provide your licensing information prior to ordering because we are a licensed wholesaler and by law we are required to collect this information to be able to sell these goods to you. We screen every client of ours because we cater only to professionals and not the general public, allowing us to give our professional clients the personalized service that they deserve.

Shipping Times, Shipping Types and Pricing

Competitor:Some companies are now offering very low pricing, but please note their shipping policy very closely. Many of these companies with such low pricing offer 2 to 3 week delivery, with 7 days to process your order and another 5 days or so days for shipping transit time. In our opinion this is unnaceptable because even if shipped 5 days with Express Post, it is still the post. This means that your order is not being shipped with a courier company that handles your goods with the utmost caution and care, but rather with regular post just like a letter. Unfortunately when shipped with the post the temperature and travelling conditions of your goods can not be guaranteed and the goods are subject to many things that may negatively affect your package.

Medicadepot.com:We ship only with courier companies, which insures you get your goods in a timely manner without every having to worry about how your package has been treated. When shipping with a courier as we do, your goods are taken care of the way they should be. Even though we do not charge you for shipping, we spend the extra money to ship your goods with a courier because we do our very best to make sure you get your order safely and quickly. Just because you are getting a great price does not mean you should have to compromise on the service that you receive.

Processing Times

Competitor:Please pay attention to some companies that claim they require several days to process your order, as some even claim they require 7 days to process your order. We feel that 7 days is an unacceptably long time to process your order. It can be assumed for many of the companies that require 7 days to process your order, that they are simply middlemen, where they collect the funds from you and only then order the product from a distributor to ship out, which would explain why it takes them 7 days to process your order.

Same Day Shipping

Competitor:When Same Day Shipping is stated it means that your order will be shipped out the same day that you place it, not that it will be delivered the same day that you place it.

Medicadepot.com:Medicadepot.com offers overnight shipping for all orders that contain a refrigerated product in it, meaning that if you order today, you will receive it the next day. When we ship a non-refrigerated product we ship with 2 or 3 day service, but if you need your order of non-refrigerated products urgently we will make the necessary arrangements to make sure you get your order even faster. If you even just order one unit of a refrigerated product with many non-refrigerated products from us, we will still ship your whole order with overnight service.
